Russian ground forces enter Ukraine. Ukraine officials have reportedly said that at least 7 people have been killed, and 9 wounded by Russian shelling. Smoke fumes could be seen coming out of a military base near the airport, tanks moved into the city of Mariupol, after Russian President Vladimir Putin authorized a "military operation" in eastern Ukraine.
